Official notification will be published in SSC Official Website  on 21 October 2017.Staff selection commission recently published there annual calendar for upcoming examination which will be conduct by SSC . Official advertisement for the SSC JE Junior Engineer Civil, Electrical mechanical Recruitment 2017, will be published on 21 October 2017. Application form for SSC junior engineer post will be invited online only from the eligible candidate. All interested and eligible candidate can fill online application form (Avedan) till the last date which is 17 November 2017. Selection of the eligible candidate for JE posts will be done through the national level written examination which will be held on(Paper-1) 5 to 8 January 2018 . SSC JE 2017 Notification

SSC will release notification for SSC JE 2017 on 21 October 2017. The SSC JE 2016-17 will be conducting its Tier-II Exam on 30th July 2017. The Admit Card for the same will be available on this website once it is released by Staff Selection Commission. The exam for SSC JE 2017 will be conducted tentatively in the 5 January TO  8 January 2018.

SSC JE 2017 Exam Dates

SSC JE 2017 Application Fee

andidates are required to pay Rs. 100/- as their application fee for SSC JE 2017 Exam. Female Candidates, Ex. Servicemen and Candidates belonging to reserved categories are exempted from paying the application fee for SSC JE 2017 Exam. The fee can be paid both online (net banking/debit card/credit card) and offline (e-challan).

SSC JE 2017 Exam Pattern

SSC JE 2017 Exam will be conducted in two phases. Paper 1 will be of 200 marks and paper 2 will be of 300 marks. Both paper 1 and paper 2 are Multiple Choice Questions0.25 marks will be deducted for every question attempted wrong by a candidate in both the papers.According to the recent Exam Pattern, candidates appearing for the post of JE (civil), JE (quantity surveying & contract) should attempt Part A (civil & structural) of paper I & II.

On the other hand,candidates appearing for JE (electrical) need to attempt Part B (electrical) & the candidates appearing for JE (mechanical) need to attempt Part C (mechanical) of Paper I & II.

To be eligible for SSC JE 2017 Exam, a candidate needs to fulfill basic three requisites, which are discussed below:
